I had a fabulous experience working with Sonja on several jewelry projects. The most exciting one was taking diamond studs that I wasn't wearing and reinventing them to be something more interesting and unique! Sonja was a great collaborator, coming up with suggestions and designs that were in line with what she thought I might like. All of her ideas were good ones, and in the end I have something original that I will be proud to wear, as the jeweler was able to execute these ideas perfectly! I highly recommend working with her...and with Pave.

My wife and I have been shopping here for over the last 5 years.  Lora has always been our salesperson. She is the best!!!!  Pave is a very unique  jewelry shop.  It's all about the craftsmanship of the jewelry and the personal connections.  Lora knows here stuff, I think she's an undercover gemologist/artist.  Her knowledge of the metals and gems is undeniably expert level.  Because of personal touch and care of the product. We'll be dedicated customers for many, many years to come.

Quality service with an impeccable selection of beautiful jewelry.  They completely rehabilitated two sapphire and diamond rings for me. Beautiful work.

This review is based purely on their watch services, not on anything related to their jewelry. Their jewelry and customer service seem great in general.

I recently took six watches in to get new batteries. I was warned that they couldn't guarantee water resistance, which I was fine with. Of the six, they were only able to replace the batteries in two watches. One of the two developed condensation inside the watch face within a few days, and upon inspection I was able to determine that there was a visible gap between the watch and the back cover. Apparently, the technician rearranged the order of the screws which caused them to no longer fit perfectly.

I subsequently took the watches to an actual watch repair store and had them back in working order the next day. If you are thinking about taking your watches to Pave, please know that watches are not their expertise.
