Its a shopping center on a busy street. You'll find everything from banks to pet stores to fast food and book stores here.  Do check out the Thai restaurant and the Sole Perfection shoe store.

Got some great deals on crabbing and fishing gear at the sports store here. Have had good experiences at Pavillion Center II, be sure to check out The Rock and Trampoline Nation.

Pretty good shopping center that's stretched across two city blocks. It has quite a good selection of Korean shops and restaurants blended in with various other stores from Best Buy to Hallmark greeting cards.

Has some good shops. The best is not the Best Buy. It is the Sub Zero ice cream shop next door. They make the ice cream infront of you from scratch with liquid nitrogen to freeze it.

I currently work at a store in the Pavilions Centre 2. 
Parking is great, a lot of stores and even more quick-stop restaurants such as Papa Murphy's, Panda Express, Chipotle, and Church's Chicken.
The one draw back is the night life around the buildings can get busy and some people are suspicious, but I've always felt safe.
