I have been taking my dog here for over 14 years. They have always treated my dog with love and care. The doctors have always given us good advice on the care of our dog.

I had to go here a couple mnths ago with my mom to have her cat put down (cancer/old age) It was a random choice due to proximity to my home. There is a great vibe in the office, the staff even has their pets behind the counter! This being an uncomfortable, yet necessary visit, you want it to be as quick and decent as possible. We were taken right in, the nurse was genuinely concerned for my sad mom and her cat. Then we met the doctor, (his name escapes me) but this man was the most gentle,caring , and genuine vet I've ever been to or met. They gave my mom time before and after the procedure to grieve w/her kitty. And after the cat was "asleep" ,the nurse picked her up so gentle, as if she was still alive , even stroking her head! We opted for cremation (very reasonable) and within a few days, they sent us a "in memory " card expressing their sympathy. How sweet was that!? No doubt I will be using paw prints exclusively for my other animals from now on. There's no question of their love of animals, and from moment 1 you will see the difference of this place. Great prices, top notch services, even grooming!

Our family dog for 13 years was very sick. We called and made an appointment within two hours. Dr. Cousins seen us asap. The staff greeted us with open arms. And with concern for us and our family member aka our pet. Needless to say it was to late. Dr.Cousins spoke with us about what he belived was the problem and the solution. He did not try to up sell us. He was straight and to the point. We lost Bugzy that day. But we could not have asked for a better professional vet or nurse than the one who over seen that dreadful day. As our hearts broke with ever second gone by. Dr. Cousins relieved our Bugzy from his pain and suffering. Although its been hard on us. Dr.Cousins and his staff made it a little easier to walk out the door without our best friend. Thank you all whom was involved in our horrible day. Just like that rainbow bridge Bugzy crossed. Yall was our rainbow in our storm. Thank you all...

Paw Prints loves our pets, and we love them. If you have cats or dogs either one, they treat them both equally well.
