Terrible service. first they have online to book but then find out they don't honor it when u get there. Second Wouldn't listen to me about my dog and sure wasn't gonna trust them with my older dog if they couldn't listen to my simple request. Lost my business wheb I heard so much good stuff. Definitely disappointed.

The Paw Spa did an amazing job on my dog Zoey. She is a 6 year old wired haired pointer and this was the first time she had been professionally groomed (not because she didn't need it) but because she can be difficult, and I was afraid of traumatizing her or the groomers ;P  I actually won the groom in a raffle (they donated it) so I decided to give it a try. The outcome was amazing, Zoey is happy, and so is her mommy. We will definitely be back again. Thank you ladies for doing such a great job.

Marcie is the most experienced, and trained, groomer that I have found in the area. She is incredibly good with my dogs who are fearful of nail trims, she is able to put them at ease and do the work quickly and efficiently.  She has also groomed my 30 pound cat, which is no easy task in itself.
