Pawel has done remodeling and maintenance work on our home and in our businesses. He painted our house for hundreds less than the three top house painting companies bid. The work was timely, professional and on budget.  As well he has cleaned and sealed our decks and repaired broken screens. Pawel built a dog gate for our deck - you cannot tell the gate is not part of the original house construction. He is that good.
In our businesses, Pawel works like two people. I hired five freelance painters for one project I remember. Pawel worked faster than the other four, his work was cleaner and I never had to tell him to get back to work.  That was not the case with the other four painters. I ended up paying Pawel 50% more than agreed just because doing anything less just seemed wrong. 
I have never seen Pawel take a break. As well, I need only tell Pawel what needs to be done and he does it.
The best part of hiring Pawel is you will always get more than expected. If value is the difference between what you expect to pay and what you actually pay, then Pawel is the best remodeling value in the market today.
