Bought a rifle on a Saturday. On Sunday It failed to extract each of the five failed attempts to fire the weapon. On Monday we called and returned with the rifle so it could be returned to the manufacturer. A week later they are attempting to charge me $30.00 to return the weapon to the manufacturer, who offers free shipping labels for warranty returns. I was told that the manufacturer did not offer shipping labels and that it took them a week to contact someone. I made a phone call, spoke with support and have a shipping label in my e-mail in box in about ten minutes. Thanks pawn stars. I will not be returning any time ever. From looking in the chamber I believe that the weapon has been fired ( a lot) before I bought it new from these guys. The manufacturer will figure that out.

It's a great pawn shop love to shop there and buy all kinds of great stuff and the staff is super nice they also carry a lot of nice guns and ammo.

These people charge 5$  for the mandatory receipt and charge another 5$ if you dont have upon pick up. If this was stated to begin with i would never of went here.

I didnt read about any one else having to have their picture taken; current address and info off of govt issued license. Also was told all of this is being sent to the police. In all my years of using pawn shops to  never had it been all that plus 4 thumb scans. If i knew before hand i wouldnt of used this place.

I've been coming to this place for years. And now I'm definitely going to keep on coming back. They have 8% above cost on firearms!! which is awesome! They have helped me in my time of need and the deals that I have gotten on their jewelry are incredible. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you pawn starz. You have been wonderful to me and my family!
