This place was amazing. I must admit we were a little bit hesitant to go in because it didn't seem like our type of place but they are SO WELCOMING!!!! This will be a go to every year we go to the Gatlinburg area. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. This is a definitely a go to and worth the short drive away from the strip to enjoy!

Drove for 2 hours to eat here because of recommendation from friend. Did not mind the thirty minute wait outside, but did mind waiting 45 minutes for food that never came! Another table near us, that only waited about ten minutes outside with us, was seated after us, and we watched them order after we did, was served their food and was almost finished with their meal, and we still did not have food ....four of them, three of us. The young lady who we asked about our food announced to the entire restaurant that we were all seated at same time. We got up to go pay for our drinks and she never apologized or even cared that we were leaving. We were trying to explain we wanted to pay for our drinks and she said "whatever"......I know a lot of people love this place and I'm sure they don't care if we ever return, which we won't, but we were send a message asking for a review, so here it is.

If you are looking for Elegance, this isn't it! But if you want some of the best catfish and Cajun...GO! Good country service in a small town, back woods, country, atmosphere. Everything is clean and the prices are reasonable. I was only minorly disappointed with the crab cakes. I like mine a little lumpier. But the flavor was "Oh, so good". The sauces were authentic Cajun as the owner is definitely a Louisiana native. Seriously, the food was so good, I wanted to lick my plate! We will be back when we return to the area. It's only about 7-8 miles outside of Pigeon Forge but well worth the drive.

A gem of a place! Catfish was excellent! Jambalaya and red beans and rice superb! Tasted a spoonful of shrimp and corn chowder another in our party ordered, I wanted to come back for a bowl. Rebecca the owner is a delight and describes the food well. Patty, our waitress, was sweet and funny. Highly recommend!!!!

We came across this place while trying to find somewhere to eat outside of the congestion of the main roads. It is small and quiet, very clean. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. We were seated immediately upon walking in. We both had the BBQ and tried the red beans and rice and it was all delicious!! We left VERY full and so happy! I imagine all of their offerings are pretty tasty! We will definitely be back on future trips! Highly recommend!
