My family had German Shepherd who had seizures so we found a better home for him but he had to be neutered. Everything was fine for his recovery but then all of sudden he had a swelling scrotum and the vet blamed my family for the internal bleeding saying we let him lick but I recall we didn't let him lick at all, so then the vet told the service who was helping us find him a better home that we weren't taking good care of him so they took him away from us without saying goodbye and giving him his favorite toy and his Christmas present.

Dr Melco and his staff are amazing!  They are ALWAYS professional and go above and beyond to do the very best for his clients!  I love them and will continue to use them for all my pets!

I used to like this place they helped out German Shepherd named Simon who had seizures. We handled it for four years. But we decided to give him to a German Shepherd rescue Home. They said he needed to be fixed so Paws and Claws did it. After six day of the Surgery and keep in mind we took care of Simon and made sure he Didn’t lick so after six days his cut was healed but his area down there was infected so we brought him back to Paws and Claws. They said he had internal bleeding and my mom and Dad said that was caused by a mess up in surgery. So they said they were going to keep him over night so out of the blue and 5:00 pm The rescue Home called saying that Paws and Claws told the rescue Home that we didn’t take care of Simon so they just took him and we didn’t get to say bye and by the time they called he was gone so I’m guessing Paws and Claws did this to cover their ass.

Paws & Claws new owners have really turned this place around. They saved my dog's life after missed diagnoses from 2 different area vets. Dr Melco explains everything and gives you all options for treatment. He treats my dog like one of his own. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals.
