I love this place! From the staff as welcoming as family to the items you can find under a dollar.  God is good and grateful to have found this place.  You can feel the goodness and the presence of God in here.

I enjoyed my visit so much that I stayed for two hours.  I spent an equivalent amount of money based off of the time that I was in the store, and it was all well worth it. I'm always grateful for my visits to Paxon Discount Christian Bookstore. The store's atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the service is much the same. Thank you Paxon for your service to Jacksonville Community and beyond over the years.

This is a fascinating bookstore with one of the best selections of Bibles I have ever seen. The store is large, with books from all Christian faiths, and large sections of Christian apologetics, theology, and biblical commentary, among other areas such as kids, teens, Christian fiction etc. There is also a large selection of gifts for First Communion, Baptisms, etc. The reason why I gave this store only four stars, is that there isn't anything "discount" about it. In fact they charged full retail for the book I purchased, which I could have gotten cheaper at Barnes & Noble with my discount card. Second, the layout of the books and store is disorganized. Section divisions overlap. But don't let this discourage you from visiting. Places like Paxon are what make local bookstores great. They have an eclectic selection that you will not find at Amazon or B&N, but also all the new Christian titles as well.

A little bit of everything and a lot of Bibles! Good prices. Not the cleanest or easiest to navigate but they're helpful.

I love this store and the staff is always so pleasant.

My first time in there. I was a little turned off because it's so much and cluttered. The ladies were very helpful and very nice. They directed me to exactly what I needed, with no hesitation.

We went here so exited to find some things. We left so disappointed! Full price for books, merch or stickers from 1997.. at a “discount” store? Many things are discolored and old, broken, but not marked down. I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business!

Do not purchase from these frauds. This people should not be running a CHRISTIAN store. I’m ashamed for the the holy community these people are who you choose to represent you. It’s disgusting

Thousands upon thousands of religious, Christian items literally from stickers to religious certificates, books to tracts, t shirts to jewelry, novelties to gift items. Pricing is,a bit higher than ordering some things on line. I don't know if all book titles,and merchandise is cataloged and easily found...I didn't ask. I did buy a few things after browsing the store for a while.
