This company handles the payroll for the company my husband works for.  They have not sent a single paystub after 3 months of working.  They have refused to do so despite the number of times his place of business has contacted them.  I called them just now and they absolutely refuse to talk to me or my husband out the issue.  This is AFTER a giant run-around with the phone tree that hangs up on you for every option that says you are an employee of a customer.  First thing tomorrow I will be discussing this with our HR guy and asking to switch to another company.
