The first time I used this place was back in 2015. They left my license in the photo copy machine. Then they closed down I did not know I did not have my license until I stopped at a store for identification. I called them the only person available was driving to Miami. The said they would put it in their mailbox that night after 9:00pm. It was pitch black outside no lights I had to open a huge fence. I could not find a mailbox after searching the property. I called again and they finally told me the mailbox was on highway!!!!!!!! Well I got through it and they did give me a decent discount. NOW LIKE A FOOL I go back to them in April of 2017 when I got there at 2:00 pm they were ready to lock the door!!!! They said it was a mistake with the agency. So 45 minutes later I got out of there. I did make sure before I left the to take pictures of all the bumps, bruises and stains in and out of the car. So I drive 3 miles down the road and a bottle of water comes flying under the drivers seat between my feet. The next day it was so hot my sister tried to open the passenger window and the button was on the floor and she could not open it. I could also not open it from the drivers side. Gets better I kept cleaning the windows but they were soooo dirty I could not see (especially at night). The next day I took it into a service station and they showed me and told me the wipers were horrible. I was due to return the car the following Sat before 2:00 I received a phone call at 12:15 saying they were closing early to just leave the car outside the gate and put the keys under the seat. So I called them back told them what I had experienced they said how sorry they were and would adjust my bill "again". Well they took 10% off for renting me a car without legal wipers, a broken window button, not properly cleaning the car with the water bottle that could have caused an accident. Also they never adjusted the bill for me not getting the car on time but 40 minutes later. So forget the price this place is BAD!!!!!!! STAY AWAY. It is worth it to pay a little more from a reputable place. I am not a kid but a 66 year old women. No lie I would never recommend this place. First time ok second time a nightmare

Great rate on rental but charged me an extra $100 transaction after the car was returned and when I called them about it; the manager told me that it would be credited back to my credit card that day. After waiting 2 weeks for it to show up as a credit on my account; I finally filed a dispute with the credit card to take care of the extra charge. Plus, we almost got into an accident because the horn didn't work on the car! Check it all over before you drive off the lot.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I called waited on the phone for a while and than someone picks up with a rude attitude answering. Would never call or go to this place ever.

worst experience EVER! They quoted me $93 for 2 day rental then charged my card $275. When I called to ask why they said they charged $180 for smoking fee. I AM NOT even a SMOKER!! They won't return my calls. I even text my husband on my drive of how bad the car smelled because smoke smell makes me nauseous. Don't use this business unless you want bad customer service and price gouging!

Absolute Crooks. They rented us a car that had been smoked in previously, then charge us for smoking in it.
