The 2 young ladies that were at the store on Sunday, the day we went there, we flawless professionals. Both had super friendly personalities and dressed appropriately. They assisted my wife on every level. Keep up the good work ladies.

Bought shoes at 1210pm. Got home and shoes did not fit right. I did wear them to my car, and that's when I felt how bad shoe fit. Less then 2hrs later I went back to ask for exchange.... mind you, not my money back just a better shoe fit. They told me no. That because I wore it outside they could not take it back. Finally young girl at the counter calls her manager after i said i would wait in the store till the manager got back from her lunch. The manager finally said i could exchange the shoe. Of course as usual the thing clerk had the nerve to give me attitude. Whatever ours expected. I just don't understand the big fuss i was there less then 2 hrs before, not a wk ago or yesterday. Never ever going to this store again

They have huge variety of shoes. Staff always welcome the customer. Good management

Had to wait to get help when we were the only people in the store. Then when I wanted to check out I had to find someone to do it. She told me she would help me in a minute while she ate from a bag of goldfish.

I bought some winter boots for my daughter that peeled from the front three days after buying them. I went back to the store with my receipt asking for a refund. The manager named Rosa refused to give me my money back. She argued that they were worn and I could only get store credit. There store policy which is written behind the register in a huge poster stated otherwise.
