Went in to return a pair of shoes that were shipped to me and incorrectly marked on the packing slip. The store refused to return them. They instructed me to call customer service, and I was told by customer service that they have to take back the item and I need to go back to the store. Now I have to come back to return the item that was shipped to me incorrectly. Wondering if $11 is worth all the trouble. Thank you for making your error my problem, Payless.

At first, one of the employees was super kind and helped me out. But then the employee continued to be completely rude. I had no idea about their returns policy, and I wanted a bit more infornation about it. These employees here are the worst.

When you have young kids growing quickly Payless makes for a great spot to get a great deals on shoes that will be grown out of inside of three months.

Lady in Payless at register was super rude (4/1/2017 around 3:30pm). I tried to use a coupon that was valid but I didn't know how to use it (on my phone) and when asking the lady how to redeem my coupon she wanted to argue with me that I wasn't using a coupon from Payless and clearly I'm in my Payless app. She made me feel stupid in front of the entire store completely embarrassed and of course people were behind me. So to keep from holding everyone up I just payed full price. I go to Payless because it is the only place I can find my shoe size and I usually have a good experience BUT I will NEVER come back to this Payless EVER! I will still shop at the other stores but NEVER am I going back to this Payless.
