Great Payless store. A nice girl named Kara helped me find boots with absolute patience, even on New Year's Eve! I will definitely return to this store and recommend all my friends shop there.

They charged my card twice for a pair of flats when I called back up there the young lady who charged it twice was very rude. She just didn’t care wasn’t her problem. This place needs better workers who care about their costumers.

Decent selection but not high quality - however, you probably are going here for the prices and not for the quality anyways. 

Aside from that, the 2 girls working there were on their phones when we walked in texting or something and never tried to assist with anything.
