I have NEVER had an expierence in which I was told to leave a store by an associate but the person working today told us to leave and never come back because my husband reached for a pair of shoes off the top shelf. Yelling at us in front of my small children,  she refused to give us her name and then proceeded to call the police on us. Seriously????  I will not be shopping at Payless and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

I went to return my shoes today and the customer service was poor the lady was very rude and disrespectful and kept rolling her every time I asked a question
