The man downstairs assisted me in choosing dress shoes for my interview and was very helpful. I asked for the help and received it with opinion and compassion. It felt like a family atmosphere, I really enjoyed it.

I wish i can give this payless no star. The workers are very very rude! The cashier rushed my transaction didn't even ask me for number that is linked my payless reward. Before I left the store she asked the next customer if she had a number for rewards. Smh I don't recommend anyone to go to this payless. Smh.

Store is ok. But the level of racism at this place is unbelievable. I went to that store 3 times just to make sure what happened to me was not a fluke. The black girl at the counter always (3 out of 3) gives discount to other black customers but not even one to Caucasian customers. last time I was taking my time and watched 2 black customers getting a discounts and none of the (2 White and 1 Asian) got anything besides the attitude. When I confronted the girl she got mad and called me racist. Never again I will shop at Pay-less Shoes again. Enough is enough.

This is your average run of the mill Payless Shoes until you get to the service quality. I've been here twice and had really bad experiences both times at checkout. I wasn't greeted, thanked, or acknowledged in any way while being "helped". I would expect a little more from a national chain...
