I love this place. In store 4300 All the ladies and gentleman like lorena, evelyn, gabby, Francine, and Mr.Margarito have wonderful personalities and gave me outstanding customer service.. Im more than likely to recommend people to this particular store GO 4300!!!;)

I just called to get a physical shoe check because I was referred by another store via their mainframe computer system. He entered the numbers into his register and said "No, we don't have that shoe." How is his register not connected to the mainframe? Before in could say anything he advised "Because the system shows it has one doesn't mean the store has one." Of course I'm a tidbit steaming now but I asked if he'd do a physical check. Pic he did but that questionable at this point. I am so upset but THIS Payless Shoe Source. The isn't the first time that I felt that employees here are lazy and don't want to do a shoe check or their jobs.
