I've had a liability policy with Payne for almost a year now. Simply incredible service. Insanely prompt, and very helpful. I knew nothing about insurance when I started with them, and Becky took the time on multiple occasions to explain things in length. Truly committed to their customers, and invested in your success.

These guys are incredible. Brian went above and beyond. He wasn't too "salesy," he saved us hundreds of dollars on our car insurance when bundled with our home insurance. (I know I sound like a commercial, but it's true.) The office is prompt, professional, and courteous. Highly recommended.

I have had wonderful service from Payne. They are always prompt in responding to my emails, and never have any issues answering any question I may have. I have recommended them without hesitation many times in the years that I have been with them

I have had nothing but great experiences with Payne insurance.  I currently insure my home and two cars through services provided by Payne.  Though I have yet to have a claim, I find the service and affordability of Payne Insurance top notch!
