I bought a 2018 Ford Taurus on December 29, 2017. This is a large and busy dealership. The building is clean and they have enough sales staff to handle the amount of customers. I had assistance from Red Salinas. He was very helpful and is an experience salesman. At no time did I feel he was trying to pressure me in making a purchase. He has a very pleasant personality. He is fluent in both English and Spanish which is very important for the customers in this part of Texas. He made the experience pleasurable which is uncommon in the purchasing of vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership and Red Salinas for your next purchase of a vehicle.

The people that work at Ed Payne are very nice. I have bought several vehicles from them and my experience has been great. I have taken my car for service and my experience with them has been pleasant the salespeople are friendly and everyone seems happy at all times. That makes me happy also when I see that it is contiguous keep up the good work everyone. See ya soon.

Went in for a relatively simple replacement part. Jaycee took care of us immediately and made sure the new part was functioning perfectly before we left. Excellent service!

Purchased a new car last year and still struggling to get it fixed. Had I known the car would have this many problems I would have not even bothered to come here. Oh, and they should consider changing their hold music claiming they do more for law enforcement, first responders and military personnel (past and present) because they obviously don’t. I get better service at the VA clinic.

Awesome dealership. Bought a new 2017 mustang. Only complaint is the car maintance service. I have been waiting for 4 hours for an oil change.
