These guys are MORE than awesome! I can't thank them enough. I drove my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan into their shop--after having a dead battery brought back to life by LaForge Towing (more on that in a separate review)--anyway, I pulled in and spoke to Ryan at the counter to follow up on my phone call about the weird electrical problem I was having with the fuel pump or fuel evap system. He had Nick come out and help us (my wife and me). Nick put the van up on the rack and along with the other mechanics took a closer look at the problem. After spending a few minutes under the hood and under the fuel tank, they concluded it was a faulty relay, which Nick "triggered" back to good behavior by pulling and reinstalling the fuse. Problem solved! But he recommended that I check for a service bulletin from Chrysler to see about retrofitting an under-the-hood relay to replace the in-the-tank relay that apparently is now starting to fail. Long story short, this ended up being a VERY quick and easy fix. Granted, I still need to keep an eye on that relay/fuel pump for a possible future repair. But at least we were back on the road in short order after a hairy-scary morning! Thanks again, guys.

I brought my truck in and talked to Brian, asked him to balance my tires and do my alignment, but asked that no repairs be done. They noted the issues they found and did not do any repairs, just as I had asked. I took my truck home, repaired the items they found (ball joints and tie rod ends), and brought it back for another alignment. It was done perfectly again. Brilliant! 8^) Understand going in that this is a very popular shop. From a customer point of view, it's a madhouse. When you go into the tiny office area. Brian will be on the phone, and one or two mechanics are waiting to talk to him. Before you know it, though, he's done and asks what you need. He listens carefully and will make sure they have the plan, then you are done and off he goes, right back into the madhouse. When you come pick up your vehicle you find out they got it exactly right! These guys LISTEN to the customer, and are quite happy to do what you want, when you want it. They are also very skilled, everything they did was done to perfection. They will tell you the price up front without any doubt, and that's what you will pay. Quite frankly, Payson Tire is a good, honest shop where you can get professional quality repairs done at a reasonable cost. It's great to know of a shop in town that you can trust! I'll be back!

This has been hands-down the best customer service experiences I've had especially in the automotive industry. I called them up and he got me in as soon as I got there. We had a flat tire and they were able to patch it for us and get us in and out within 25-30 minutes. I highly recommend going to them for any of your needs.

Brought our car in but the problem could not be fixed - needed more parts and more time. We had neither and took the car back without it being fully repaired. We were not happy. Brian called and asked that he be given a chance to make it right - and he did. Can't ask for more than that. Very good customer service!
