Very bad customer service I was told I was approved already gave them a down payment of $2000 was told I needed full coverage insurance so I did they kept telling me I needed many other things they aren’t straight foward on what you need very unprofessional in the end I didn’t get the car and I was paying for insurance for a car that wasn’t even mine and didn’t get a full refund

Can't trust their words. They negotiated one price, but on the day of signing they offered us another price!

Don't go here the customer service is very bad they don't answer calls I called and it rang and I called 4 hours straight and the lady working on Sunday never replyed with dealership address lame

The worst experience at any car dealership I ever had is at PCH PER OWN, I went on auto trader found a 04 Infiniti Q45 went to check it out with my wife, I said why not it's only about 1 mile from my house we went down to check out the car a lil before they closed. The car wasn't bad it was in ok condition nothing to write home about but hey it's a use car so....my wife told him when we got home she was going to do a on line application. The problem came in when it was time to but the car, my wife and I talked to the salesman on the phone the salesman told her she's was approved just come down with the down payment $2,000 he even told us our  monthly payment But a much different story when we got there we she had everything that he told us that was required, we even call our Insurance lady because he told us to. All for him to tell us that they lost all the paperwork and pay check stubs that we had sent him, he was very rude and got very mad when ask him I thought we was already approved. We also brought to his attention the only reason why we got the Insurance is because he told us to and because we were approved he said that's not my problem smh we had cancel $300.00 on a car we didn't even have. We only got back $169.00 after canceling! This place is a joke when I try calling back the same gay picks up and when you ask for the own or the manager he says I can help you. WHAT A RIPOFF
