Story

OUR STORY : PEACEFUL HENRY TOBACCONIST began a little over 10 years ago here in Bluffton, South Carolina and has been at our current location, 181 Bluffton Road, Bluffton, SC 29910, for over 7 years. My wife and I, Burt and Eilene Sky, purchased Peaceful Henry in March of 2012 and have made a number of upgrades to the store including expansion to the walk-in humidor with it's continually evolving and discriminating selection of cigars, pipes, and accessories. Peaceful Henry will ship anywhere in the USA and that allows us to pass on significant savings. This is because when shipping out-of-state, we do not have to charge South Carolina sales and tobacco tax.

Our latest improvement is :
The Bluffton Cigar Bar is open to the public. Come in and experience the cushy leather lounge chairs while enjoying delicious craft draft or bottled beer and truly fine wines. You can chill while enjoying current sports events, or relax on our wrap around porch There's live rock or blues every Friday evening. Saturday night is Jazz night featuring renown Jazz artists. Definitely good times! Plus our gang loves to have fun.

We are always rotating the top craft beers in the country on tap, so stay in touch for our latest selection.

At Peaceful Henry’s we pride ourselves in maintaining the best selection of cigars in our walk-in humidor Our walk-in humidor includes many of the known top brands such as Padron, Arturo Fuente, Ashton, Oliva, Rocky Patel, to name a few, as well as boutique names such as La Flor, Tatauaje, Caldwell, and many, many others. We will always try to bring in new products that are becoming known or are featured by industry experts and phase out certain ones that may no longer offer the quality our customers demand.



You can always expect freshness at Peaceful Henry. We take great care to ensure our humidor is maintained with the correct range of humidification and temperature and the humidified air is refreshed and sanitized.



Our brick and mortar store in Bluffton, South Carolina, has been created in the image of tobacconist stores of the 30’s and 40’s. We are keeping the tradition as a premier tobacconist of cigars, pipes, and fresh pipe tobacco. Check our picture gallery to view our store interior and many products.
