Not a well kept mobile home park. They have a lot of drug activity and the prices are a little steep.

Was told to move in after completing application and then received an unlawful detainee after spending $5000 on a trailer.

Looks okay from the street but it is not. It gets bad as you go towards the back. Not some place I'd want to live.
