When we arrived the cafe was just about to switch from breakfast to lunch and was definitely busy. When we ordered it was clear there was confusion between the FOH and HOH about the switch and how the cashiers were supposed to handle this. Half of our group had already ordered and the manager (I think) indicated we may need to wait in line a second time in line because they were only taking coffee orders - something about because they were busy. The cashier seemed confused and was kind about her supervisors response but told us she would handle it. They estimated a 20 minute wait. 

Our first order came out about 30 minutes later, no big deal, but the final orders were 10-15 minutes behind despite being ordered all at the same time. When a member of the group asked about the ETA of the other dishes the manager/food runner (same guy from earlier) simply answered "no". This is a poor answer for someone who has paid $25 for a coffee and one lunch entree and has already tipped the staff. 

Our further interactions with this same individual were all rather short, uninterested and not what you'd expect from a restaurant staff with the accolades you hold. 

We understand the restaurant was a bit busy, but not terribly overwhelmed. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he's new, hopefully he's not the manager as I have presumed. Nonetheless, his actions and lack of quality customer service/explanation of the twice as long of wait time and scattered dishes will prevent me and my group from returning or recommending this location. 

That's a bit of a shame because the food was alright and the cashiers were kind despite their workload and confusion with the responses from this man we hope wasn't the manager but felt was.

I've been here a couple of times, and probably will eventually be back. However the coffee is not craft quality, and the pastries I get always taste stale. It promotes a natural and organic atmosphere but it serves all the coffee in disposable cups. The food I see looks good, but this place is basically a Starbucks rip off with a classier facade. It's fine overall, I don't know why I keep waiting my money at this place... Maybe I'm in search of better company.

Decent espresso but the barista asked me what size I want my cappuccino (my test for espresso shops). The chocolate chip cookie was gooey and delicious.

Food and atmosphere are very good however it gets incredibly busy resulting in a 25 minute wait for a salad

Was so busy we couldn't get a stroller into the place. The line was out of the door and a lot of people congregated, blocking the entrance. Could manage the lines better.
