Milton from Peachtree was doing a lot of work on my street and approached me in my yard one day.  I was skeptic at first, but gave him a chance because he was working with my good friend on the same street.

My main concern was the financing because I had no out-of-pocket money to spend.  Not only did I not spend a dime, I was able to legally profit from the claim.  I took what they call the Actual Cash Value of the screens, paint, garage door, and fence and had Peachtree complete the roof and gutters.  The claim started at $15K and ended at $22K.  Hard to believe the insurance company could short you that much in the beginning, but Peachtree employs people who used to work for the insurance company.  They negotiated with my adjuster to pay correctly.  

The Class IV Impact Resistant shingle we installed is saving me $300 per year with American Family.  Peachtree added brand new plywood, starter shingles, impact resistant hip & ridge shingles, synthetic felt, ice & water shield, cap nails and 6 nails per shingle to warrant my roof for a 130 mph wind rating and a lifetime GAF guarantee.  I'm beyond satisfied and am so glad I met Milton and Peachtree Restorations.  A+++

We were affected by the May 8th hail storm and were fortunate enough to work with Milton Brannon and Peachtree Restorations.  Milton helped identify the damage, present repairs to the adjuster, and work with our insurer, American Modern, to make sure the claim values were fair.  Peachtree installed new decking and ice & water shield around all eaves and valleys.  We upgraded to a Class IV Impact Resistant shingle that qualified us for significant discounts on our insurance premiums.  The roof is backed up with a 5 year workmanship warranty and a 130mph GAF Lifetime transferable materials warranty.  The seamless aluminum gutter system is a perfect finishing touch.  They will be the first people we call should we ever get storm damage again.  Thanks Peachtree!!!
