Very pleased with the service KC and Ricky with Peaden gave me. Our AC issue was bigger than we expected, and they truly helped to try to get me a better deal. My only small complaint is the work we had done was not technically warrantied, although I do feel if we had a problem KC would come back out to make it right. This work was done to a home out of the state we are living in, and I do feel confident it was done correctly. Thanks You KC, Ricky, and the rest that helped figure out the problem, and fix it!

Callee Peaden and Hunter Jones came out at the appointed time. He was friendly, courteous and explained my options for inserting a new outlet to accommodate my freezer. Hunter did the work efficiently and I am very pleased.

There's a reason why there are an overwhelming number of positive reviews for Peaden.  We chose them largely based on this and the professional manor in which they handled a repair on a different occaision.  This time we replaced a nearly 20-yr old AC unit before renting our house near Fort Walton Beach.  The quote was extremely fair and they did not drive us into a solution that was more money for them...just the right solution for our needs.  The install ended up being a little tricky because a couple of the wires already in the house for the thermostat were faulty.  They stayed until late to make sure we had a working AC and furnace that day!  And at the end they didn't even rush the explanation of how everything worked, taking the time to make sure every question was answered.  They were extremely professional, polite, and kept a clean work environment.  We don't normally leave reviews of businesses but our experience was so positive with Peaden we wanted others that are curious to know this place is the real deal.

Highly recommend this company for QUICK AND QUALITY repairs. As a Realtor I am constantly needing repairs done on properties and in a timely fashion. PEADEN for quality and SAME DAY repairs!

The instant hot water heater failed on a Sunday morning. We called Peaden and the Tech arrived within 2 hours. Unfortunately the unit could not be fixed and so we had to purchase a new unit from HD. Jeff returned later with Rob the electrician as the new unit required a different breaker.
Our guest had Hot water again the same day. Thank you to Jeff and Rob for making this happen on a Sunday.
