I bought my house in early 2016, and it needed a new roof immediately, but after just buying a house, I didn't have enough extra cash to buy a roof.  So I crossed my fingers and thankfully made it through the end of 2016's winter and all of 2017's winter.  

I had had several estimates for a new roof from other companies, and all the salesmen were completely unhelpful and were totally pressuring me to buy.  

Ben Love from Peak Custom Remodeling came to my house a month or so ago and restored my faith in salesmen.  Not only was he the most knowledgeable guy I'd ever met when it comes to roofs, he didn't pressure me at all.  I can say 100% that Ben was more excited about roofs than any other individual that I've ever met.  He talked about them like they were works of art.

Additionally, the company itself was a pleasure to work with.  They worked with me on scheduling, on supplies, everything!  It's relatively rare in my experience to get personal contact from a company's president, but Dave called me and spoke to me personally about ironing out some details on two separate occasions.  You can't beat customer service like that.  

Then finally, there's the roof itself.  Unlike Ben, to me, a roof is just something that you need on top of your house.  But I must admit, that the new roof looks great!  Add the fantastic price and the unbeatable 50 year warranty to the equation, and that's a great company.

I'd recommend Peak Custom Remodeling to anyone needing a new roof.  A truly phenomenal product, price, and company.

We just got a new roof and it looks great. We chose Peak Custom Remodeling due to their  prices and their great reputation. The communication throughout the whole process was wonderful. The Project Manager Pete was very nice and knowledgeable.  He answered all our questions and spent a lot of time with us.  This is a big decision and costly and he took the time to put our minds at ease. The quality of work was fantastic and the crew finished in a day and everything was cleaned up. They went above and beyond and I will absolutely recommend them in the future.

I was extremely pleased with my new roof and gutters put in by Peak Custom Remodeling. From beginning to end, the job was very professional, thorough and beautiful. I also appreciate that appointments were always kept and construction was done in a timely manner. The sales associate, Ben, spent a good deal of time explaining everything to me concerning my choices. The job manager, Jason, along with Ben, kept me informed on the progress and also solutions to problems that arose. There are a lot of quirks with an old house like mine so it didn’t surprise me that there were some hidden issues. Jason showed me the problems, which I had suspected were there for a while, and made sure that the solutions were appropriate and corrective. Basically, the top half of my house was brought up to code and Peak actually gave it extra fortification without additional cost. Also, the crews were exceptional. Their work showed true craftsman level. They spent additional time making sure the tiles and the gutters were absolutely placed correctly. At the end of every day the site was cleaned up. Even while they were working, one of the crew saw that I had a dog and, without even asking, cleared a path from my door to the yard so I could take my dog out. That is courtesy! I am so happy with my beautiful roof and gutters and I have to pat myself on the back for choosing this company.

I would highly recommend Peak Custom Remodeling for your roofing needs.  Their service is topnotch.  I first met with Kelly, who came out and explained their superior roofing products, services and warranties.  Kelly wasn’t your typical sales person.  He is down to earth and personable without the fluff that I received from other companies.  His quote came in the same as another company that used the same roofing system but because of Kelly, I went with Peak.

Then came the time for installation.  The project manager called to schedule the date and time of the install.  He explained the materials would be dropped off at 8:00am and the installers would arrive at 8:30.  At exactly 8:00am the materials arrived and 8:30am the installers.  All of the installers were very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done.  During the install the owner, Dave, called me to let me know how the job was progressing.  The project manager was also on site several times during the install to make sure everything was going as planned.  I was worried about nails in my yard because I have a dog.  The installers did an excellent job on the clean-up and went over the yard several times with the magnet to make sure all the nails were picked up.
  
When the job was done I received a call from Dave to make sure I was satisfied, which I was, and Kelly came back out to do the final work through.  Again, I couldn’t be happier with the personal service received and the workmanship of the installation.  If you need a roof, Peak is the company for you.

My initial project was for new windows.  I interviewed 3 companies.  A local group, a well know regional group and PEAK.  The first two gave me quotes on a business card and one would let me take a picture but was not given anything on paper.  PEAK came out and after a detail conversation my project went from windows, to windows, front door and siding - rather large project.  Due to some personal issues I couldn’t start the project for a few months and PEAK honored the original quote.  
Initially there was a few scheduling issues due to weather.  Once started the project moved, with a team of 8 , I had 28 windows replaced in one day, with a team of 3, I had the front door ( everything – side lights etc) replaced in a day and with another team of 3 I had the siding replaced in less than a week.  If you can get the theme, 3 different teams doing what they are do best.      Note the siding team worked from about 9ish until at least 7 evert night.  
From the beginning my sales / project manager Pete kept the project rolling and Michelle kept the schedule in tack.   I apologize if I forgot anyone else on the team.
From the initial interview until completion the entire project took about 4 months (that’s including some personal scheduling needs and some weather bumps).  I cannot say enough about working with PEAK. 
A week after project completion Pete came out for final inspection.  There were a few screen issues that were fixed within the first week.  
The outside of my house looks fantastic.  I’ve already given out PEAK’s (Pete’s) number to a few neighbors and friends.   
I cannot say enough good things about PEAK , except to call them for you next home project.  Windows, doors and siding PEAK can do it all.  And for me they did.  GREAT job.  I highly recommend PEAK.
A final note - its July and  the other 2 companies have yet to do a follow up on the initial meeting.   PEAK excellent customer service.
