Story

Peak Fitness Performance Training is a multi-faceted training facility for kids and adults, with a satellite physical therapy clinic on site. We offer group fitness classes, small group strength training, personal training, sports and injury rehab, athletic training (sport specific and general) and strength and conditioning programs. Our team is led by licensed physical therapists, certified strength and conditioning coaches, and certified trainers. Our focus is on safety, efficiency, education, motivation, and achieving amazing results! We will provide you with the most comprehensive programs available to help you reach the next level of fitness and function.

I really like this gym because the trainers are very attentive and work with you to make sure you are using the right form in order to perform the moves safely and effectively.

I used to be "in shape"...at least thought so. 3 kids, post 40, gaining couple pounds a year, didn't really notice til I saw some Cape beach pics. Combine that with trouble keeping up with kids and I knew I had to do something. Had a friend try this and talked highly. Figure I'd try for a month. WOW, glad I did. I am in 7th week and feel great. Almost like personal trainer but 6-10 people at different stations out of each other's way, all different levels of fitness present. I wasn't getting it done myself, now I am with the help of these 3x week classes. I get excited Sunday for my Monday morning class. Great stretching too. Don't write reviews but had to. Convinced another friend to join and he is psyched as well.

Paul's bootcamp class is fun and challenging. He knows what he is doing and the proof is in the mix of ability levels of the people that attend and successfully complete each class. I have been working out for years and experienced many plateaus, but since joining Paul's bootcamp I have noticed improvements in all areas of my fitness. Paul's class provides results and that's why I keep coming back. Thanks, Paul!
