Jen Allen is amazing!  I highly recommend working with her if you are buying or selling a home! We were really nervous to begin the process of buying and were intimidated by the market when we started.... she laid all that to rest. This woman knows her game! She was very easy to work with: honest and educated and such a great personality!  Paid attention to what we needed and was always available to us. She helped us get our dream home and made it seem like it was so easy! Thank you SO much Peak Realty!

Everyone at this brokerage is friendly, well versed, and positive. They are also a small local brokerage which means you will get that personal attention you desire when buying or selling.

Jen is amazing! I can't say enough good things about her! From day one she worked like crazy to get my house sold. My property was probably not one of the easier sells that she has had, but she never quit and was determined to get me the best offer. And when it was all said and done I ended up selling my house for roughly $10,000 over asking price, and it was all thanks to her. You will not regret hiring her!

This review pertains to Jen Allen of the Peak Realty Group, a review I am honored to write.
Let's see where to begin. Jen is: courteous; friendly; prompt; professional; a true advocate for her clients; insightful; and did I imply easy to work with? My particular listing was complicated due to a tenant being in the property during the selling period, and Jen handled the situation with aplomb. Jen guided me to ask the right questions and say the right things to stay out of trouble while moving the deal forward. Jen was courteous to the tenant and forthright and professional to the scores of interested parties. Jen was ever-patient. Of the ~5 realtors I've worked with in 13 years in Colorado, Jen is far and away the best. I can't recommend her services highly enough.
