Pearson Christensen & Clapp, PLLP is a dynamic, versatile law firm focused on providing individual and business clients with experienced, professional representation in a wide range of areas.

Founded in 1958 by Garry A. Pearson as a one-person tax litigation practice, the firm is now one of the areas largest firms with attorneys having diverse Practice Areas who work together to provide clients with a broad range of legal services. The firm has the resources and experience to handle all facets of even the most complex litigation. The firm’s attorneys are all experienced trial attorneys, licensed in local, state and federal courts in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Housed in a historic building in downtown Grand Forks, the firm emphasizes a practical, professional approach to litigation and prides itself on establishing long-term relationships with clients, by ensuring that clients’ matters are resolved successfully, efficiently, and in a cost effective manner.
