I have been a service technician for Pecan Grove Solutions for nearly 4 years now.  I can honestly say I have never worked for a company that cares about their staff and subs like they do.  Excellent communication chain, clear and concise expectations, and all the resources available to get the job done.

I used to work with a large pet retailer who uses Pecan Grove Solutions (PGS) for their fish system and habitat maintenance needs.  The team at PGS is always quick to respond, honest, and does great work.  

I was so impressed with PGS that when I swapped jobs and began working for another pet retailer, I was determined to bring them on to assist with our fish system and habitat maintenance needs.  Again, they did not disappoint.  They have always been wonderful partners who are reliable and have the best interest of their customers at heart.  Thank you PGS!
