The owner is very friendly. He makes sure everyone does a part in keeping the neighborhood clean, and tidy. You will never see a dirty yard or high grass. No one ever plays loud music, so we never have any loud noise complaints.  Affordable, & it's the nicest trailer park in dayton.  The park rarely has an open spots, because of how nice it is kept. The Neighbors are very friendly, and The owner is a very sweet man. He always takes time out of his day to say hello, to me, my husband, (and) or my son. I have been waiting at the bus stop and he has offered to give us a ride to the school.  When my husband went to his house to pay the rent in December,  my son (and husband of course) was invited in to see his Christmas tree. On my son's 5th birthday, we had a party. The owner made sure we could fit parking for all of our guest, and even gave my son a gift. It's really a great place to live.
