Peck's Lake is a scenic family owned fishing lake nestled in the foothills of the adirondacks. Our marina offers boat launches and rentals, in addition to our rustic lake front cabins & campgrounds where you can enjoy the beautiful southern adirondacks.

The staff are all very warm and friendly. Can't emphasize that enough. The outhouse was spider- and insect-free and, while it's still an outhouse, not bad. However,... I stayed in the smallest cabin and it reeked of old old soaked-into-the-walls cigarette smoke. The bedspreads and pillows stank of old smoke. The 2 burner hot plate and the metal table top it sat on were thick with grease. The floor, sink, and wastebasket were dirty. The screen door was patched very badly. The two picnic tables were so old that the seats were warped like bows. Cigarette butts everywhere on the ground. When I first arrived I saw one of the teenage workers hurry from her golf cart into cabin #9 with a rag mop (no bucket with soapy water anywhere in sight) in her hand. The mop was black with filth and missing more than half of its strings. That mop can't be cleaning much. I stayed for 3 nights of the 7 I had reserved. The place is certainly inexpensive, and the views are nice, but if I doubt I'll be going back to Pecks Lake Resort.

Love it up here! My family comes up here every year and rent out a few cabins. It's a very nice get away. Only negitice thing I can say is that I wish is that they had actually ovens in some of the cabins rather than the wood burners

Very nice lake. Friendly staff. Very tricky boat launch for even a small aluminum boat.
