Secretaries are beyond useless. My insurance requests for them to submit a request for physical therapy, they told me they had submitted it and Tricare told me they have not. It's been more than a month.

Husband is a veteran, needing surgery on his knee for a war related injury and this doctor has rescheduled four different times over 5 months for just the initial visit.  Contacting VA today.  Would rather go elsewhere and get in to see the doctor for the surgery he needs.  These people don't care and have no respect!  All they have to say is, "He is the only orthopedic surgeon here.  He is very busy."  First couple of times, we understand.  The third was off.  This time (and 7 months later from the ORIGINAL appointment) is a shame on the part of the doctor and his staff.  Thanks a ton...
