Mike and Jennifer, and Mike's sister, were extremely helpful, courteous, and kind with my fiance and I. After having so much trouble with our flight and hotel, Mike and Jennifer went WAY out of their way to make our vacation enjoyable and happy. 

We, unfortunately, arrived late, and Mike's sister was working the shop. She was able to accommodate us with the best electronic bikes we've ever used. The store was immaculate, well designed, and the ambiance was perfect. Most of the rental shops that are closer to the beach are woefully overcrowded with loud music, and other touristy items for sale. Pedego on Washington Blvd. had great staff that knows what they are doing, and do everything they can to make sure your bike ride is no fuss and all fun. 

All of the equipment that we were able to see and use was well kept, functioning perfectly, and clean. The price was a little higher than that of the beach rentals, but I would expect to pay WAY more than expected to get what we got. Every cent was well spent, and will be spent again as soon as we can.

Fantastic. Rented an electric bike and tore up all the way past Santa Monica. VERY reasonable prices and fast bikes!

In addition to that i was visiting from Houston and needed to go to Tony's to get my gf a glass that i broke (long story) Once the owners heard my story they went to their home and wrapped up two of their own glasses and gave them to me!!!! Saved me a trip and allowed me to explore Venice and the surrounding areas. not only great customer service but great people.

The best customer service.   The were so helpful and the electric bikes are addictive.   They have high quality bikes, go no where else.

The owners are unusual in the quality of service that they give. It is obvious they love what they do and they try to pass on their passion to their customers and yes it is contagious!! Our son got a minor injury( nobody's fault but his own😕) and they were most helpful in dealing with the situation and we feel they went above and beyond what we would expect. These are honest hard working  individuals who want their customers to have a great experience and be happy. They deserve to see success from their bussiness. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! If you're visiting L.A. this place is a MUST!

Mike & Jennifer run this Pedego shop and are such awesome people & make each experience with them amazing! I rented a two seater for Valentines day and it made for an amazing day. I have also rented personal bikes and they pricing is the same if not less than renting regular bikes and the experience is 10 x. If you are looking at buying an electric bike or just want to rent I would highly recommend you check them out... as you won't regret it!
