If there was a zero star I would use it. Appointment was made last week, take our daughter in for immunization and told the day before school started that they refuse to give immunizations to United healthcare Texas star!!! If we had any other insurance they would give them to her.  Called insurance and no one else can give her Immunization but her pcp and the REFUSE to give it to her.

Loved the places.. into I don't know what happen my son been going here since he was new born. My son is now turn 2 years old and I called in, so my son can be seen because he had RSV.. They told me I'm sorry his doctor is not here his out of vacation and he should be back in 2 days or so and they told me that they will call me back to make my son appointment so he can been seen it has been 3 months going to 4 that's they still haven't call my son yet.. I already seen the Texas children I couldn't wait my poor baby was so sick.. he got treated  already.. but I'm still waiting into they call me and my son has his appointment in April for his 2 years old check up.. I'm looking forward for another doctor I'm sorry but I did like this doctor..

I like this Dr. But, they won't give immunizations to Medicaid children. We now have to take our son to another clinic to get his 4 month shots.

I've been bringing my daughter here for almost a year now. The front office is very polite and the nurses are fantastic, smiling and very sweet. I always make appointments for her and am seen withing maybe 15 minutes of being there. Maybe some of these bad reviews are from working with a specific person but we never pay put of pocket and they make sure my daughter is comfortable and taken care of.

NO STARS FOR GOOD RATING BUT GETS 5 STARS FOR BAD RATING

This office had some fraud issues with the medicaid vaccines department, so medicaid is not supplying them with any vaccines.  my son needed medicaid physical and some vaccines. so i made an appointment with this office, but they are so unethical they did not inform me that they do not  have medicaid vaccines in stock. they saw my son for physical and i was in impression that nurse will come and give vaccines. but at end of visit nurse came and gave me a paper showing list of places i can get vaccines from. i was so mad that now i have to take off again to go to other place for vaccine. IF THEY HAVE GOOD INTENTION IN THEIR MIND, THEY SHOULD INFORM A PATIENT WHILE THEY SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT ABOUT MEDICAID VACCINES NOT IN STOCK.(NEVER BE IN STOCK DUE TO FRAUD INVESTIGATION).  I found couple of other patients of this office had same Vaccine issue in past. - "STAY AWAY FROM UNETHICAL PRACTITIONERS"
