If I could give this place 0 stars i would. I have never been given such run around incompetence. I would go ANYWHERE else possible.

Not going to take my child again there, front desk service is really poor and billing service is deficient

Went there for a cavity filling, I was 15 at the time, they did not numb me all the way, I felt the drilling, and afterwards when my eyes were full of tears they told me that it was my fault. My mom took me back a week later because I was having servere pain in the tooth they worked on and then said they would have to do the procedure again, right before the procedure Dr. Tyree tried to tell me and his assistant that it was not the tooth he had worked on the past week and that it was the tooth next to it. Right before, he stopped and said it was indeed the tooth they worked on and told his assistant that she had been wrong. Needless to say... 1 year after, and I have had aching throbbing pain in the tooth ever since, a chunk of the tooth chipped off and the North Shore dentist told me they could only pull it or I'd have to get a root canal. The tooth that they screwed up was my 18yr molar so one of the largest teeth in my mouth. Hearing that it'd have to be pulled if I could not aford a root canal was horrible. I still have the tooth and I live in daily pain because of Dr. Tyree.

They are great!!!
They're very nice. You can feel that they knew w what they're doing and most importantly my daughters hated going to the dentist but after trying them they don't mind going at all.

I've never heard of a pediatric dentist who does not allow the parent to be with their child while being worked on. Doctor Tyree is very cold and not a child friendly person. Not to mention that he is also not an adult type of person. They performed procedures that they had not requested my permission for on my 6 year old son. Now I am in court proceedings with this doctor because of disagreements in services rendered. As of yet Mr. Tyree has not spoken to me personally about the matter and has never taken my calls. Please PARENTS!!! BEWARE!! I feel as the below parents, I should have left when they told me their "no parent" policy.
