Had a great experience with this office! Tara and the doctor were so sweet with my 4 year old. This was her first trip to the dentist and she was very nervous but it went 300x better than I could have expected. Nice welcoming atmosphere as well!
We’ve been coming here for 7 years now. The staff is very welcoming, they show compassion, and patience to their patients. Dr. Jason is an amazing Dentist who’s always so attentive to any dental issues with my son. 5 ‘s isn’t enough.
The doctor and dental assistant are phenomenal. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They communicate well throughout the whole appointment. Will always recommend Pediatric Dental to any friends and family.
We’ve been to our share of pediatric dentists in RI. We’ve had ok experiences and not ok experiences. The reason I reached out to PDC of RI is because of what I heard and read on Dr Hencler. My youngest 4 was nothing short of literally traumatized by an experience we had. The experience was due to a multiple reasons. She has now mentioned at least once a day she’s never going back. I someone how tricked her into giving Hencler a shot and I’m so glad it worked out. All the staff was AMAZING. The other patients even seemed to add positive happiness to the atmosphere. My little one didn’t have anything done just yet but I now trust it’ll be a MUCH easier process.
I had an amazingly great first time experience there today. They’re all friendly, caring and nice. My sons 3 years old and they was super sweet and patient with him.
Hygienists were kind and gentle with my children. As always, Dr J was super friendly and explained future expectations for dental care.
Today was my daughter's first visit. She goes to school with Dr. Hencler's son. It was the best experience we've had at a dental office. The hygienist we had was wonderful. She took her time with with my daughter, explaining what they're doing and why. My 9yo actually LIKED being there and enjoyed learning new facts about teeth. Dr. Hencler is also fabulous. In our experience, most dentists are in and out, without even bothering to say hello to the child. Not this dentist. He also took his time and made my daughter feel comfortable. He answered my many questions this was our first visit. Word has already spread, so make your appointments early! Thanks for such a great visit!
My daughter has been going to Dr Jason A LOT since she was 2.5 yrs old she's now 15. Dr Jason is THE BEST dentist and so is her hygenist my daughter will never go anywhere else until she's too oldcut off age for pediatric dentistryto be seen by them we love them!!!
Dr. Jason and his team do a great job with kids. Dr. Jason is always very calm, relaxed and soft spoken which makes kids feel at ease. I have four kids ranging in ages 6-12 and each of my kids are not afraid of the dentist and they like candy so they have had cavities filled and teeth pulled ! ! and still they are not afraid to see Dr. Jason! The girls in the office do a great job too ! From the office to the cleanings always very nice and pleasant and put kids at ease . They are a great team for kids !
The staff is extremely friendly and they are absolutely amazing with my girls. I started going because my middle daughter had an extreme fear with the dentist and needed a filling. Not only were they able to comfort her and gradually ease her fear they were able to get her where she now LOVES going to the dentist! Couldn't ask for a better place in my opinion, I transferred my other 2 daughters instantly!
