At Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of Livermore, our purpose is to create a dental experience that prepares kids for a lifetime of healthy dental visits and happy smiles. We believe that working with children is a privilege and an honor, and it is important to create a space where kids feel loved and cared for.

Our dentists, Dr. Joshua Solomon and Dr. Hazel Soliman, and our orthodontist, Dr. Brian Steinhoff, are committed to giving your child an exceptional dental experience.

My children were patients for four years at Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of Livermore. The service was decent in the beginning up until the last year. Unfortunately, the service from the assistants to the doctors have dramatically declined. Dr. Hazel cared for my children, not Dr. Josh. We wanted it that way. Let's just say that you meet his ego before he even enters a room. He took over several times due to Dr. Hazel's absences. On one occasion, during a routine cleaning, the assistant caring for my daughter was extremely aggressive, thereby causing stress. The other incident involved yet another assistant answering my questions with such disdain. I brought up these issues with Dr. Hazel, only to be greeted with extreme unprofessionalism from some of the assistants on their following visit. It's unfathomable how health professionals dealing with children can act in a very despicable manner. Please heed my advice and choose another dental establishment who will give your child/children professional, warm, courteous and friendly service.

I don't see how anyone could give this office a 1 star review. I have 4 children that see Dr. Josh spanning over 15 years and he is the BEST pediatric dentist anyone could wish for. My younger 2 children have autism and he spent an incredible amount of time with them getting to know them and making them comfortable. I can now take them there and they are happy to see Dr. Josh and all the very friendly staff. In 15 years there has not been a single person that has been rude to me or my children. My kids have had full on meltdowns there (in the beginning) and I've forgotten appointments and arrived late on more occasions than I would like to admit, the staff have always been lovely and supportive. A++

I have been taking my 2 children here for many years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences at each visit. The staff is kind and welcoming, the clinical staff and both Dr's place the kids at ease with their kind and gentle chair side manner and do a great job at making the visit fun and informative. This is a wonderful place for kids to have their pediatric dental care

My son has been going to Dr Solomon for years. Service and expertise have been excellent, from every staff member, hygienists, and especially the dentists. My son is perfectly comfortable going to every appointment. I highly recommend this practice.

Called them via a reference from our dentist and spoke to the receptionist whom was super rude. She couldn't book me a appointment and told me to call back on Monday. Very short with me and uncalled for so I will be taking my business else where. Do NOT recommend this place due to the rude front desk!!!
