We came to this office after an AWFUL experience with Dr Karr in Crown Point. This office was of upmost professionalism from the minute we called. Front office staff are knowledgable and friendly. Our appointment was very timely after our first contact. The office is decorated BEAUTIFULLY and so very appropriate for kids. Our kids were treated well and seemed quite comfortable with the hygienists and staff. Dr Schechner spent time with us explaining everything that needed to be done and recommended the SAFEST and most efficient way of treating our child and her dental issues. Highly recommend this office. I couldn’t be happier.

Staff is AWESOME, however the Dentist is very rude and does NOT have patience for children with fear and anxiety of the dentist. I would NOT recommend this place!

Absolute worst dental place. Very rude and unprofesional staff. No compassion and my children said staff was mean when they went to the back. Very quick to turn your bill to a lawyer which adds on fees even when you pay a minium balance a month towards it. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE..

This office has very rude and unhelpful staff. I contacted them this afternoon to make an appointment for my five year old. I do not have her insurance card yet and they argued with me about verifying the insurance online. I was very polite and she continued to argue with me. She stated "it's the law that I have her card" I explained that is not true and I have expierience with this. I called another practice- they looked up the insurance and made the appointment no problem. I asked if it was the law for them to have a copy of the card and they said no and laughed. Just like I thought. This practice just has rude staff- stay clear!!!!!!
