My twins are in their 13th year with PHA. We use both the Bridgeport and Trumbull offices, and have been very happy with both. Sick visits are always scheduled quickly, and all of the doctors and nurses have been great.

PARENTS BE WARNED!! PHA refused our request to release our sons medical records to the new provider Trumbull Pediatric knowing my older son has health issues that require special attention! We wanted to change practice because PHA always overcharging us for the services that’s nonexistent or not needed, and when insurance does not pay for the validness of the claim, they always billed us. In addition to violating state law that require health provider to release patent’s medical records, PHA showed just how unethical and unprofessional they’re as a pediatric provider who cares nothing about kid’s health except their ripped and excessive billing. AVOID PHA at all costs!

I've been going to PHA since I was a child and now I take my 3 kids there. We see Dr. Botta, who is amazing. The kids feel comfortable enough to tell her random things and be silly. She is intelligent, kind, understanding, yet firm. The nurses, after only a visit or two, greet us with a smile that makes you feel like you're more then just another patient. I would recommend this office 100%!!

Wonderful care for my son. They open on Sunday's for emergencies and got him in with no issues. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Horrible. Front desk never greated me. No smile, no care for my child and I. I was Disrespected from a Nurse. Not to mention I was being talked about, and as much as they tried to be discreet about it, well they failed to do so. Especially when you stand near the door and talk about a patient. Won't be returning to this office, such a shame because they have a lot of potential. Respectfully if you choose this office I do hope you have a better experience than I have had 3x with this office. Thank you.
