Been going to this dental care for almost my whole life, A lot has changed. The service was great and they took great care of my family and I. BUT I think they got new management which really made a difference. The dentist made small mistakes which could have been avoided. The positive side is that the people are super friendly and caring (well most of them).

Very happy with my over all experience from front reception (always very friendly and helpful) to my dental care experience. Everyone works as a united team, I was made to feel incredibly calm and am happy to say I have found my dental care home. Thanks everyone for the comfort and smart care approach

Sharp decline in the quality of both the customer service and dentistry over the past two years. Used to be patient-focused, but I think there was a change in management and the current level is not what it used to be. My wife had multiple issues on a very routine procedure, and the dentist made numerous mistakes but she was made out to be "difficult". Last straw for us was the office calling to confirm a check-up for my daughter and me on Thursday for an appointment on Saturday, then calling back on Friday and cancelling both appointments (I guess their 48 hour cancellation policy only applies to patients) I was offered another appointment three weeks later, and when I complained, I was told that Saturdays were busy - but that's why I booked the appointment six months ago! They're obviously not interested in having my family as customers. We know of two other families who have left, and if they don't improve I'm sure there will be more.

Very professional dental care, and everybody is warm and kind!

They overcharge and wont tell you how much the cost is going to be upfront
