I have been taking my grandparents to Dr. Peeler for many years now and he has been their doctor for almost 30 years. In all of this time he has given them the highest quality of care and attention. While his previous front office staff member could be a little short (which was really more of a generational issue, although she was always pleasant to me), the current office manager, Nancy, is the definition of kindness. Dr. Peeler always takes time to explain everything to my grandparents so that they understand precisely what he is saying. And his office has called me to check on them when they were in the hospital.

I've been seeing Dr. Peeler since I was a baby. He's a very knowledgeable doctor and will take great care of you. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Peeler is an excellent physician. He will spend as much time as needed to answer all questions and concerns of his patients. He is constantly rated one of the top Docs in Atlanta by Atlanta Magazine.

I never got to see the Dr, but when I called to schedule an appointment for a physical the woman who answered the phone was really rude and difficult with me. I'd asked to schedule and appointment for a physical and said I was a new patient. She asked who my insurance was with, I told her, and then asked if I had the "PPO" or "HMO", I said I think it was the PPO, she said she needed to know because they don't accept HMO. I said ok, and as I'm reaching for my card, she puts me on hold which lasted over 3 minutes. When she came back she said, "hello are you trying to schedule and appointment" I said yes and she put me on hold again. I didn't even have a chance to explain to her I have a POS. She finally comes back and tells me they have an opening for April 2nd at 3:00 and that she suggests I come in between March 23rd and 30th to get blood drawn so they have it. I asked, "when..." and she cut me off to say in a slow you're stupid kind of way, "anytime between March 16th and 30th". I asked, "What time" and she did it again, very slow, "8:30". I asked her why she was being rude to me and she said, "I beg your pardon I feel the opposite", I replied that I was sorry and only trying to schedule a physical and she said "And I'm trying to help you". I told her I was going to find a new Dr. She said, thank you and hung up on me.
