Andrew and the rest of the great staff at my local Peet's coffee in Lake Forest, operate this place like a well oiled machine. Not only are you greeted by name with a big smile. You're going to receive probably some of the best customer service around Lake Forest. Andrew is an amazing Barista, fast, efficient, great attitude always, and a very good, hard worker. I just wanted to thank you guys for always making me feel like I'm at home. You all deserve a raise, in my book!

Good place for coffee, raised their prices on coffee and only sell in one pound increments now.  I am thankful for the nice people that work there otherwise not sure I’d keep buying coffee here.

What you expect form Peets, friendly staff and great coffee. I had the cold brew fog this time and it was amazing. They take a little longer than usual locations in making their coffee but it is not because they are lazy or distracted with other things but rather they are working on your coffee with special attention.

I love Pete’s coffee and I have been in the one in Aliso Viejo and the one on campus and the one on El Toro few times but the one on El Toro, they have the worst attitude!!! just because I like to go there because it’s closer to my house so I hope they change their attitude,..otherwise I will be going to the one in Aliso Viejo they have the best attitude thank you

This Peet's is always great! They even make "special" off-menu drinks for my little one ask for a strawberries and cream blended. Food options are pretty standard, but they can run out earlier in the day since the hours are limited. The baristas are always so good!

Update******they moved the mobile order pickup to an out of the way area in the store.  It is so not conducive to the commuter.  Hate to say it, but now I will not be going there.  I love this place.  They have very friendly workers and always greet you and say bye even when you do the mobile.  I only like espresso doctored up and tea.  They have never messed up on my drink or made it funky.  The ease of in and out at this spot is awesome.  I also love the corporate app people.  I messed up on an order by location and they were quick to resolve same day!  This is my favorite location in the area.  Aliso has nothing on these guys.
