The food at Pei Wei is alright, but it’s definitely an American version of Asian food. I like their crab wontons, lettuce wraps and the various “sugar chicken” dishes, but unfortunately, the rice tends to be dry and underwhelming. The delivery service is pretty good, and the portions are decent, so it may be worth a try if you like this style of food.

Pei Wei is Asian restaurant. You can do dine in or take out. We did take out and were not disappointed. Order has been placed for very particular time and when we came it was available to pickup. Since we paid upfront, we just took our order. No lines. No hassles. Food tastes good. Thank you Pei Wei!Food: 5/5

I ordered the bourbon chicken with noodles. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but what I got was crazy. The chicken was white and unseasoned. The noodles were also plain and unseasoned.Food: 1/5

This used to be one of my absolute favorite places to eat. Now it’s just not there. Ordered teriyaki chicken and the first one delivered was literally ice cold. Maybe a tiny bit of warmth in the center.  $16. Meal prob should be fresh and hot. Round two they brought another and while it was hot, all the chicken was rubbery and couldn’t be chewed. Had to spit it out.  Hugely disappointed. I don’t know what happened to this place. Also go to used to be sweet & spicy which is no longer on the menu. Really nothing special about the place any longer. Just cold or rubbery food.

Food was extremely bland. I ordered 3 chicken fried rice and unfortunately it was very bland and just didn’t eat it. A lot of balls of white rice so definitely not mixed correctly.Food: 1/5

Great food yesterday - used the promo to BOGO and tried the thai basil, coconut curry chicken and the new mongolian chicken Nachis for the 1st time. Everything was good , nicely packed as ordered and apart from tad bit soy on the nachos, everthing was good.

The only reason I'm giving 1 Star is because there isn't a zero star aelection.Had two orders of sesame chicken. At other Chinese restaurants that I have ordered the same item, it had always been sweet and very flavorful. However; here, I've never had more horrible tasting food in my life. There was no sweetness and the chicken was grizzly and tasted to much like soy, Could only manage a few bites and threw it away. We honestly think they made the wrong food.  I wouldn't even feed it to a cat and I hate cats! It was my first and last time ever eating there. I can only advise people to avoid it like the plague.

I don’t know what happened here, but I used to love coming here. Food used to be amazing! I understand being short staffed, but they shouldn’t short the quality of food and amount. They raised the prices and decreased the amount of food you get. $15 for a few pieces of meat/veggies. Unreal. Waited almost 30 minutes for this. I even asked a staff member about this and showed him the bowl and he said this is all you get. Pains me to leave a bad review. If there’s new ownership, or if this is Corp owned, I hope you use the feedback to improve your business practices and operations. I’ll take the review down after.

Drink machine was dirty, it dropped clumps of dust from their tea machine, non of the tables were wiped clean - we wiped our own. Teriyaki chicken sauce was watery and took over the whole meal. Very disappointing since we drove 45 minutes to eat at this location.
