The food was decent. I got their collab meal and it was a lot of food. The chicken was good and it was crunchy. The only issue I had was that they gave very little fries and their sauces did not have much flavor. The staff were very nice and the environment was pleasant to be in.Food: 4/5
The food was delicious, and the server was super nice! Great atmosphere. I definitely recommend dining in instead of ordering takeout. The fried chicken was crispy with a moist interior. The truffle fries had a unique and new taste. Our server at the time was very accommodating. While the wait time for the chicken is a bit long and the sauces you had to pay for, it's well worth it!
The chicken is super spicy level 3 sweet and spicy. It was honestly one of the best I’ve had. I’ve here four times and the food has always been consistently good.Food: 5/5

I got a Korean ramen but it thought they served in a bowl this was not the case here at pelicanos . They rushed us. Two black ladies walked in to dine in and they waiters completely ignored them this beautiful ladies were Standing at the entrance for more than 10 minutes and nobody bother to welcome them. I feel so bad. No person should be treated this way. We all customers and we all deserve respect. But obviously if you are not Asian or white you are not welcome
I hadn't had korean fried chicken in a while and this was truly a treat! The serving was large and came fresh and hot. They were so crunchy! The chicken was very flavorful. I also order onion rings which I usually hate and again, it was so crispy and flavored. The wait was a little long but I was not disappointed. I also order Bugoli and that was just okay. It was much sweeter than the bulgogi's I have come to expect. This place is worth visiting. Take friends and family. Parking: Street if your lucky
I came here Dec 2nd for the Star Rail Collab. It was a terrible event. I came half an hour early but still had to stand outside for 5 hours. For some reason management only had 300 available stands but allowed 800 people to reserve a spot that they didn't even bother checking. This made a LOT of people not get what they wanted even though we specifically came to this one Pelicana spot because they offered the stands here. They're restocking a few supplies everyday for the rest of December but they really couldn't have told us that earlier or even open the business earlier because of how crazy the line was? It would have made the lines so much more efficient. I also forgot to do the Instagram thing to get the badge but that's more on me than anything else. But I really would've appreciated if one of the employees would've said anything. I don't even remember what the food tasted like, I was literally too depressed.
Ordered fish cake soup, taste was off several types of fish cake were definitely spoiledsour+funny taste. Complained and the office manager?chubby guy said we ate too much already for refund or exchange, but offered free french fries, then he put the pot with spoiled soup back on our table. We barely touched fish cake and tried liquid/noodle cause we did not wanna complain at the beginning. Just disappointed how they dealt with this matter. We refused free french fries, paid in full with tips and left. Our waiter was good though.
Love ordering here. Its ready and hot at the time of pick up. Also I love the portion size of the combo I got. I got the soy garlic boneless chicken.Food: 5/5
Honestly, the taste, portion, ans price are OK imho, but i have to say at least they can speak english fluent to handle customer, cause the guest not only from Korea. But, it's OK, recommended for everyone look for korean chicken experience.Food: 4/5
