Very clean, and well maintained. They have everyone out for about 5 - 10 minuets while the staff makes sure the water is healthy.  You can bring outside food in, and I always have a great time!

We stopped here at 5pm last Friday. Myself and 3 kids. I was aware the pool closed at 7pm. The highlight for all of us was the Lazy River, as the kids had been speaking of it the whole way down from Des Moines. We payed the full price to get in only to be told over a loud speaker, due to low attendance the lazy river was closing at 5:30 (mind you they made this announcement probably 5 mins after we got in the water. I approached a lifeguard and explained we more or less made the trip for the Lazy River, to which she shrugged her shoulders... I then approached the area you pay at and spoke to a guy with a beard. He said it wasn't actually due to low attendance,  but some of the lifeguards had sports obligations to get to!!! I informed him we had traveled from Des Moines to try this place out & inquired about a possible discount since NO ONE informed us that they were closing anything. He was very rude and said, if you leave now I'll give you your money back... Try explaining that to a 5 year old who just got into the water after a 40 minute drive. Never again. Very unprofessional. I've told anyone that will listen. Get it together Pella!
