I cannot say enough to persuade you from going to this place. After a serious car accident, we discovered this company did not include the additional insurance required if the bank owns the car. We complained to Progressive and they investigated our claim. Glen told the investigator that he met with me at his office and I declined the extra insurance. (I don't remember if it was Collision or Comprehensive.)  What actually happened was, my wife met with his wife who wrote the policy. I  never saw him in his office. I asked if there was something he could do to assist me with the $9,000 I now owed my bank because of his company's error. He said there was no help he could offer me.  Insurance companies have their own insurance to protect the agent against problems like this. In the end, I paid for his mistake and his dishonesty.
