I would highly recommend Jay to anybody. I was facing a felony and a misdemeanor and he got all of the charges  dismissed before I even had to go to court. He's extremely professional and does the best he can for his clients. He's honest, and fair! Even after my case was done I could still call him and he'd help me w/ questions I had. He truly cares about his clients. He wants to help you save money and doesn't rip you off. If you're looking for an attorney don't look any further, Jay is your man!

It was amazing.  First time I ever had to have an attorney and I was very nervous but Attorney Pemberton was very helpful and responsive.  I am very satisfied with  the outcome, the attorney and the staff. I would recommend Attorney Pemberton to anyone who asks.

I found myself in a legal situation I had never encountered before. I was scared, worried, embarrassed and overwhelmed. I really wasn't sure what my legal options were and where to even begin. The smartest decision I made was to contact Pemberton & Englund Law Offices. Jay Englund took charge and kept me informed every step of the way. Mr. Englund was forthright in regards to my case. He gave me advice and options that were both sound and ethical. I was truly impressed with his attention to detail. 

The staff at Pemberton & Englund are easy to contact and always friendly and professional. I am more then pleased with their overall services. I highly recommend P&E if you want results.

Overall it's been a great experience.  Everyone has always been friendly, questions answered, supportive,  very knowledgeable.  Always went above and beyond to help us out.  The outcome was above our expectations.  We would recommend Attorney William Pemberton to all of our family and friends.
