Love leasing here at Pen West! I've been here for three years, and will continue to run my business from this organization. Highly recommend

Very rude, abrasive and disrespectful. Refuses to help businesses when in need servicing. When internet is slow or down they tell us they can't and won't do anything to fix it. Then when you get internet for your business they make it almost impossible to allow the servicemen to come install it. Lack of attentiveness, busy selling newcomers available offices, but is uncaring to current tenants.

Contacted this company inquiring about pricing for an office.  An individual picked up the phone(after 3 attempts to reach them), was very rude and told me he would contact me in 20 minutes as they were in a "business meeting."  The phone call never came.  Very rude, abrasive and disrespectful.  Would not recommend any serious business person, to rent from this place.
